Spring is just around the corner, and everyone knows that a big part of spring is the PHYSIO FIT RUN! For the 33rd ANNUAL Celebration we are returning to Assiniboine Park on SATURDAY MAY 10 at 8 AM! FREE T-SHIRT AND MEDAL INCLUDED IN ALL REGISTRATIONS! NOTE THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE is April 25, 2025 at 12 pm.
Our event donates the profits to an AMAZING CHARITY called PRAIRIE STRIDES (previously named Manitoba Riding for The Disabled). This AMAZING CHARITY offers therapeutic horse back riding sessions for children ages 5-15 with disabilities. If you wish to donate more to Prairie Strides PLEASE DO! They do AMAZING work! The link is included within the registration information.
RACE KIT PICK-UP
Race kit pick-up will be held at City Park Runners on Thursday, May 8 from 4 to 7:30 pm at 2091 Portage Avenue. Race kits will also be available for pick up on RACE DAY between 6:30 and 7:30 AM. Location TBD.

The start area for all races will be at the big white tent near the Conservatory in the Assiniboine Park.
10 KM Race
- The 10 KM race is two loops of the designated course
- Please obey course marshals and watch for traffic during the race as we are unable to close the park
- There are 2 water stations available
- Medical is available on the course
5KM Race
- The 5 KM race is one loop of the designated course

Parking is available on side streets outside the Assiniboine Park, in the Pavilion parking lot and also in the Zoo parking lot.
